Last spring, NRG called to tell me that there was a leak in the system traced to our area and they wanted to work with us to track it down. Their employees showed up in force. Since they work with our staff routinely, communications were good. They were great about respecting our schedules and not disrupting campus operations. We turned water off section-by-section until the leak was isolated. Then, they directed their attention to repairing the leaking line.”
